
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a mathematical calculation of a person's weight with respect to height. It is calculated using the formula
BMI = Weight (Kg) / [Height (m) * Height (m)] |

According to the Singapore's Health Promotion Board
(HPB), Singaporeans are
found to be at risk of developing heart diseases and diabetes at BMI of above 23.
