A familiar face in Bedok Clubfitt gym, Mr Pang Nai Seng, or Uncle Pang, as we affectionately address him, has dedicated his life to bodybuilding. He started training at 20 and had 2 successful bodybuilders, also winners of Mister Singapore as his coaches.
In 1967, Uncle Pang represented Singapore to take part in the prestigious Mr Universe bodybuilding competition organized by the International Federation of Body Builders in Montreal and placed fourth. The competition is mentioned in the Singapore Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (SBBF)'s chronicle of events (1967).
Then in 1969 he was the referee representing Singapore in weightlifting in the 5th S.E.A.P Games held in Rangoon. The weightlifting coach for Singapore that year was Mr Tan Howe Liang, Olympic Silver medalist in weightlifting.

Today, Uncle Pang is a fitness instructors who trains exclusively at Bedok Gym. It is this combination of experience, great observational skills and his ‘holistic’ approach to bodybuilding that makes him so well sought after and respected by people who know him. To him, the success of his disciples brings him the most joy, even more than what money can buy.
Due to Uncle Pang’s tight schedule and his determination for the success of his students, he will now only accept males who are really focused and determined to reach his goals. Trust me, the relationship you are going to have with Uncle Pang will not simply be that of fitness instructors and client. He will be your mentor, your guardian, your friend and sometimes even your advisor in life.
So anyone who meets our criteria please come forward and you might receive teachings from one of the best in the industry.
